Goods sold are NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable after 7 days.
Customer has to produce receipts to show proof of purchase for any exchange of goods.
An exchange is only allowed for the same design/item equivalent to the purchased price and is also subjected to the availability of stock.
Customers are advised to check all Goods before leaving the premise.
Chalk Design reserves the rights to reject any exchange depending on the condition of the item. Any damage due to human fault will not be considered.
Promotion items are sold as it is and are strictly NON-exchangeable, returnable or refundable after payment.
Chalk Design does not reserve goods for more than 7 days.
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the price of reserved goods has to be paid for any quantity of reservation. Deposit shall be forfeited for any cancellation or if goods are not collected within 7 days from reservation.
Delivery service can be provided with a minimum purchase of 50 items and above to anywhere in Singapore at a fee of $20/= per delivery.
